PHPC has a long history of quality youth ministry that strives to build authentic and meaningful relationships with young people, nurture and guide them in their faith journeys, and help them grow as followers of Christ who use their gifts to love and serve others.

Sunday Youth Ministry
Youth Ministry begins at 11:15am on Sunday mornings.
Youth Ministry (Youth Room, Room A112)
Explore and discuss the morning’s scripture, then stay for lunch and a mix of games, service, fellowship, and spirituality. Youth Ministry meets on Sunday after church until 1:15pm with periodic evening and weekend times. PHPC youth engage in service projects, Bible study, fellowship and worship, and enjoy outings together.
Youth Mission Opportunities
Our young people become involved in a variety of mission opportunities throughout the year via the context of church school and youth group. They participate in service projects with local mission partners as part of monthly Youth Group as well as special mission events including: Souper Bowl of Caring, MLK Day of Service; serving breakfast for the homeless at First Presbyterian in Atlanta; and working closely with refugee families. They also collect items for hurricane relief, volunteer at the Hands of Christ Duluth Co-Op and attend summer mission trips in other parts of the nation and overseas with organizations like Youth Mission Co., CROSS Missions, Presbyterian Disaster Assistance, Habitat for Humanity and Honduras Outreach, Inc.
